Returns & Exchanges:

You have 14 days from the day you receive your online order to CONTACT US for a refund or exchange. A return authorisation number (RAN) is required for any returns to be accepted. 

Conditions of Online Return:

Items must be unworn and in original condition.
All items are accompanied by the original package contents.

Please ensure you choose a trackable delivery service and retain proof of purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded. Eyes On Soho is not liable for any duties incurred from a return. For convenience and ease, we welcome online returns/exchanges in our Soho store.

Please note, custom eyewear is non-refundable.

Online Shipping:

• Free UK shipping on all orders over £200. Orders below £200 carry a £7.50 charge.

• EU shipping is £25 to EU countries and £38 to the rest of the world. 


Please note, duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
